～二胡演奏でお正月~Let’s Celebrate New Year Listening to erhu, a Chinese Musical Instrument～
中国の珍しい楽器、二胡がSHJ初登場です。その音色はお正月にふさわしく心落ち着く美しさです。いくつか曲を演奏した後、二胡についての説明や楽譜が数字で表されていることなどのお話も新鮮でした。特に弦が2本で全ての音が出せることや、昔は馬に乗ったまま弾くために弓が弦に挟まれて決して落ちないようになっている仕組みなど、子どもたちやお母様方も興味深く聞いていました。実際に触って奏でる体験コーナーもあり、初めて見た楽器を初めて触って音を出してみることにワクワク興奮する子どもたち。病室を出られなかった人たちも個別で演奏体験をしました。参加できなかったベッドサイドのところまでも二胡の音は響きわたり病棟全体で楽しんでいただけました。
The erhu player Taeko Kondo visited the ward. The erhu is 2-stringed Chinese instrument and played with a bow. It’s quite unique musical instrument and children saw it at the first time that everyone got excited with its sound as well as its appearance. Some tried to touch it and play it, which made them happy. The sound echoed throughout the ward so that those who could not join were able to enjoy its sound and melody.
