～佐々木優子さんの”モンスターになろう！”~Let’s make masks by newspapers and be a monster !～
- モンスターのかぶりものを作る過程が楽しくて楽しくて、新聞紙をビリビリ・・ビリビリ・・・。最後は、新聞紙でどんぶりをつくって、うどんができました。 男の子はうどんを美味しい！と食べる真似をしていました。活動者が用意していた内容を子どもたちが自分なりにアレンジして楽しむ、それを活動者はそのまま見守る。SHJが大切にする「参加型」に「子どもの自発性」が加われば最高のディストラクションになります。
- Children did not make monsters’ masks but made their favorite food by tearing newpapers to pieces. Not pushing but letting the children enjoy arranging the activity the artist brought is another style. It must be also a precious time for hosiptalized children for a change. Giving a chance to get concentrated in making something on his/her own is one of the purposes for visiting by artists.
